My SEKO Internet shipping office, our customized Web-based transportation and logistics
suite, allows SEKO customers to book shipments (domestic and international) on-line,
print BOL's, shipping labels, run customized management reports which can be viewed
and exported in html, PDF, Word or Excel, and view account balances. It gives SEKO's
clients a complete view of their account and activities through a secure Web connection.
It also enables clients to:
- Receive email notification of status changes
- Communicate with customer service via real time messaging (issues management)
- Receive automated report delivery with POD
- View on-line shipment quotes
- Access SEKO's warehouse management system
- Access to document image retrieval system
- Access to SEKO's inventory management system
